These terms govern the use of Pokequizz (pokequizz.com), an unofficial Pokémon quiz fan site, operated by Yuna Analytics SARLAU. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Pokequizz offers free Pokémon quizzes, playable with or without an account: classic quizzes, a timed Sprint mode, a daily challenge and multiplayer games. Creating an account lets you save your progress, appear on leaderboards and unlock avatars.
Sign-in is via an OAuth provider (Google, Discord, Facebook or Twitch, plus Sign in with Apple in the iOS app) or with an email and password. You are responsible for the access to your account with these providers, and for keeping your password confidential. One account per person: multiple accounts created to manipulate leaderboards may be removed.
How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time from the deletion page.
Leaderboards only matter if everyone plays fair. The following are prohibited:
In case of violation, we may invalidate scores, remove unlocks or delete the account involved, without notice.
Usernames shown on leaderboards and in Duels are public. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive accounts: an offensive, hateful, misleading (impersonation) or unlawful username is renamed, and the account using it, like any account used to harm other players, may be banned without notice.
In the app, tap a player on a leaderboard or in a Duel: “Report this name” sends a report with its reason (an account is required), and “Hide this player” removes them from your leaderboards (hidden players are managed in the app settings). On the website, report a player or content to contact@pokequizz.com, stating the username. Yuna Analytics reviews every report within 24 hours, then renames the username, bans the account or dismisses the report.
Pokémon and all related trademarks, names, sprites and content are property of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. and The Pokémon Company. Pokequizz is an unofficial fan site, not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. Pokémon elements are used for fan information and entertainment purposes.
The code, original texts, guides and structure of the site belong to Yuna Analytics. You may freely share links to the site; reproducing original content for commercial purposes is prohibited without written consent.
Access to the site is free (optional purchases aside, see section 13) and it is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or absence of errors. Quizzes, scoring rules, leaderboards and features may change, be suspended or removed at any time, including associated scores and unlocks.
To the extent permitted by law, Yuna Analytics cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the site (loss of game data, downtime, errors in content). Quiz data is provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies.
You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete an account that violates these terms.
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the competent courts of Casablanca, after seeking an amicable solution via contact@pokequizz.com.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country where that law so provides.
Pokequizz is also available as a mobile app for iOS and Android. These terms apply to the app as well as to the site. The app is free and shows an advertising banner.
On iOS, the app optionally lets you remove ads, with a Pokequizz account: an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. These purchases are sold and billed by Apple to your Apple account, at the price shown in the app before you confirm. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple account settings; deleting your Pokequizz account does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple, under its own rules. On Android, the app offers no purchases.
Purchases made on the App Store are also governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The app is provided under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.
13.1 Seller and contact. Optional purchases are sold by “Pokequizz”. Customer service: contact@pokequizz.com, reply within 7 days.
13.2 Offers. Pokequizz sells coins (the in-game currency), bonus games and time-limited rights (for example “Unlimited Replay for 24 hours”), and subscriptions: Unlimited Replay every week or every month, and the monthly season pass. The details and price of each offer are shown before payment. The price may be shown in your local currency, at an exchange rate fixed at the time of payment.
13.3 Payment. Payment goes through Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods depending on your country. Pokequizz never sees or stores any card number. Payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS certified (security at Stripe).
13.4 Member accounts and delivery. Purchases are reserved for member accounts, not guests. A purchase is delivered immediately after payment.
13.5 Right of withdrawal. For coins and time-limited rights, which are digital content delivered immediately, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal by ticking the box provided before payment. For a subscription, if you live in the European Union, you may withdraw within 14 days of your first subscription: the refund is pro rata for the days remaining.
13.6 Final purchases. Coins, bonus games and time-limited rights are not refundable, cannot be exchanged between players or resold, and have no monetary value. Purchased coins do not expire. Exceptions provided by law: a purchase that was not delivered, was paid twice or is defective is refunded in full.
13.7 Subscriptions. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel it at any time online from the customer portal (the “Manage my subscription” button in the shop). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: access continues until then and the period already started is not refunded, unless section 13.5 applies. Deleting your account automatically cancels your current subscriptions.
13.8 Complaints. If a purchase causes a problem, write to contact@pokequizz.com with your username and the date of the purchase, before disputing it with your bank: Pokequizz will look for a solution, including a refund. A purchase that is refunded or disputed with the bank is removed from the account (coins or right taken back). If the coins have already been spent, the balance becomes negative and the shop is blocked until it is positive again.
13.9 iOS app. Purchases made in the iOS app are sold and refunded by Apple, under its terms (see section 12).
13.10 Season pass. The season pass is a monthly subscription. While it is active: coins earned by playing are doubled, within the coin cap; you receive a reward tier when you subscribe, then one per day played in the season, up to the last tier (days played before you subscribed count). The season is the calendar month, Paris time. A reward that has been delivered remains yours after cancellation. A tier not reached by the end of the season is lost.
